A change of pace

Well, congratulations, Kay T. You wanted yourself some action? Try this one!
About a week ago I've bought a luxury yacht by MC Yachts (no, nothing about motorcycle clubs :D ). There's a promo sale on them, they're gonna cost way more than now. And, of course, have joined the club of owners.
Not a long ago, about 5 days I believe, the notice from the owner came up. She offered slips for yachts at her land and mentioned there're a limited amount of them. I couldn't resist...
I've paid for 2 weeks, and really hope to stay longer. I love the space, the surroundings Envy Melody made according to my wishes. Almost open water. I think it's cool.
Feeling like Emilio Largo with his Disco Volante. Really :)
Now I'm sitting at my personal cabinet (oh my god, still can't believe I can say these words!), writing this message.

The only thing that bothers me is that noblesse oblige, as we all know. No more grunge style. No more cursing. I'm an yacht owner now. It's a natural change of pace.
... but I still can set myself free with my awesome MC, with my beloved brothers and sisters!

You think you read a message from another K. T., the arrogant snob? NO FUCKING WAY BISHES! :P

Oh, and here's a picture of my beauty:
Okay, back to work now. Have to work hard to afford this, from now on...

When the sun goes down

Do you love riding at night?
I do.
I think it's the best time for riding. Especially if the night comes naturally - without setting the sun position.
Nobody's around. Only three of you: you, your bike and the road you're driving. Never forget to see beyond it - it's not the beauty of roads in the real world, it's another kind of beauty, a special, an incomprehensible one.
*5 minutes break to enjoy to sunrise in SL*
It's the time when the world pretends to be asleep. It's quiet, it's silent, it's smooth. It's just another kind of life.
What do you love to do at night?
As for me, I hate racing in the dark. But I'm not sure if there's something more amazing, more beautiful, more heavenly than a peaceful riding at night. At least in the second world.

The hunger of travelling? No, it isn't. It's the urge!

Another day has passed.
Here you are. At your home (home? Oh, rather hideout!), looking through the window at the Linden Park. Everything's so familiar. All the same stuff you used to see everyday.
The moon's rising high. Oh, what it is? Another payment from your most loyal clients! A short talk with them about business... while this feeling grows bigger and bigger inside you.
And here you are. It takes only 5 seconds to make a tp to the intersection you've completed your previous trip at. Rez zone, okay... Here you are, my old orange friend. You're called Free Spirit, and not for nothing. Remember, how many roads you've seen at Jeogeot?
First gear. Second gear. Your body is now the one with your bike, nothing matters - there's only you, your bike and the road you're driving.
And it doesn't matter where you spend the next night - because it won't be the same place.

The Bandit? Heh, sometimes we got something in common...

Freedom is priceless. But some money are needed anyway to survive.
I usually go to combat sims or race. And collect my reward there. But last week I failed.
Now gotta visit Aazy's place for earning money. And keep looking for my opportunities... after all - I'm a soldier of fortune, what means "f**k da steady job, even if I'm starving"!

New track, hell yeaaa!

I've tried out the new track at SIMBAZ RACING, the garden one. It's very nicely done, the road is wide enough, low-lag (maybe it's even just me), and surrounded by trees (after all, it's Garden :) ). Bikes are allowed along with cars!
I've had a ride on my *GN*R  there.
As I mentioned before, it's a pleasure just to ride there, thanks to beautiful surroundings. There's very low amount of prims, it takes about 1-2 minutes to be rezzed fully, so you can enjoy it pretty soon along with almost no lags. I think it means something for SL racers :) By the way, you can't rez your things there if you don't have the group tag on, so you better get one if you want to ride there.
They don't allow you to cross the track border using invisible prims placed above borders (I forgot to check this out, so probably it's something another, but was looking like that). Seems like it's just necessary, because the track is located at the open skybox, so without this you could just fly down against your will. Thumbs up 4 safety!
And I'm the last one on the scoreboard at this moment :D But we all know it's just a matter of time!
Talking about the scoreboard... the owner of the track, Simone Barsov (very friendly and pleasant person) throws the time hunt on this track and 2 others (located on the same sim), oh yeaaa! So if you're looking for the money, or for fun, or for both, you SHOULD visit it during this week - because it ends next Sunday at 3 PM. And if you're fast enought, you get:
L$ 1000 4 the 1st place;
L$ 500 4 the 2nd;
and L$ 300 4 the 3rd.
Let your wheels talk, buddies!

And here's the SLurl to the place:

That's all for now :)

Introduction

Well hello, visitors!
Pleasantly surprised to see you here, hope not to bore you... at least too much ;)

My name is Kay T., current last name is Burnett. Whosoever you are, nice to meet you!
I'm a biker here in SL. Bikes is my little addiction. I love racing, cruising, doing stunts on 'em.
Current MC: Lost Souls. Have met lots of good people there, who became my real brothers and sisters in wheels, and I love spending time with them in different ways.
My lifestyle is pretty simple: exploring, having fun (means: racing, or hanging out on the combat sims, or travelling through the certain mainland, etc.), working on my motel.
Yes, I own a motel for different tasks. It's only 1.5 weeks old so far. Pay a visit, it's in my Picks. Would be glad to see you there!
What is this blog for?
Nothing special. I'm just gonna share with you what's happening in my second life. My thoughts, my experience, yea, it's like that.

Cheers!
